About Us

Born and raised in Oakland CA, became a real estate broker at the beginning of 1985 and ever since has established himself as a knowledgeable, resourceful and honest real estate professional. During his over 37 years of real estate experience, he has closed thousands of transactions including individual and investment residential, commercial real estate, business opportunities, and vacant land.

His know-how and experience have allow him to successfully manage Sunshine Realty and his team of 8-10 agents for over 12 years helping them and their clients close transactions with peace of mind.

Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, she is fully fluent in spanish and english. After moving to California in 1999 and marring Joseph, she worked for Superior Court of Alameda County for several years, in 2008 she also became a real estate broker and began to work with Joseph. In all of her transactions she has successfully helped several families to buy their first home and later re-sale it to step up as necessary.
